there is a t1 hauling agent in AENEAS in Virea combine and after many attempts to get a mission from him he always seems empty.
never mind, now he got some. but not very often. he still is lazy. XD

He is not lazy - that station just got nothing to haul at that moment! Maybe I made that whole system to realistic haha - I will have them move with the demand/supply more!
